• Lead information: name, city, phone, email when you request a price list or apply as a dealer.
• Warranty & installation data: vehicle details, VIN, panels installed, installer ID, photos.
• Account data: for dealers and admins — email, role, login activity.
• Technical data: IP, device, browser, pages viewed, referrer.

3. How we use it

• To process warranty registrations and insurance-backed claims.
• To contact you about your enquiry, dealer application, or warranty.
• To send transactional emails (warranty certificates, claim status).
• To improve our products, dealer network and website.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations in India.

4. Sharing

We share data with our authorised dealers (for installation and claims), our insurance partner (only what is needed to validate a claim), and service providers (email, hosting, analytics). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

Lead data is kept for up to 24 months from last contact. Warranty and claim records are retained for the duration of the warranty plus 7 years for accounting compliance.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data by writing to hello@armourglide.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email or at /unsubscribe.

7. Security

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Roles and row-level security limit access to the minimum needed.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and minimal analytics cookies to understand site usage.
